Prayer*Praise*Worship*Fasting*Communion are vital armors that work, I do them all ... I learned many years ago to be very careful with whom and what fill my ear, because it is a fact that whomever you listen to or whatever you spend most of your time doing is usually what will feed you and feed your spirit, so choose the positive aspects of things like I did - I chose to eat Healthy ... Promoting Simple Living that is beneficial to my well-being ... get it ... ok good! 👍
SEASONS CHANGE-Everything and Everyone around Change so fast that you better get with the program-Adapt to what is good for you...Water that thing so it can grow healthy within and out-Nothing & No-one is perfect but I learned many years ago who/what was toxic to my inner being and got Rid of it-well, Not me but GOD got Rid of it when I prayed (always a work in progress), it's a process but Most of the Dregs are Drained Out of my system which allowed the Scales to fall off my eyes to freely SEE & Operate in the fullness of who I am/of whom God called me to be Without Blockage or feeling Clogged...Change is good but not all change will feel good because in everything there's a lesson so learn to discern what's for you versus what's not, proceed with caution the type of Change you choose to Adapt and Cling to ... boom!
